RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days.
- All returned orders will receive a 15% restocking fee
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- "On Sale" & “Discounted” items are final sale.
- Custom Colors are NON REFUNDABLE
- Exhaust are NON REFUNDABLE
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused and in the same condition that you received it (parts cannot be installed). It must also be in the original packaging.
- Include your order number, name, and phone number with a description of reason for return or exchange. Also please include any photos to help clarify any issues.
- PLEASE NOTE: If FREE SHIPPING was received at time of purchase, shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount.
- SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE.
- Refunds or exchanges are at the discretion of SPEED-KINGS CYCLE.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for payment to be refunded to the original form.
- If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company. It usually takes 4-5 business days to post once the review is completed.

- RETURN LABELS ARE NOT INCLUDED or COVERED by SPEED-KINGS CYCLE.
- SPEED-KINGS only replaces items that are defective/manufacturing issue that SPEED-KINGS manufactures. Please refer to the manufacturer for all other issues.
- WHEN SHIPPING AN ITEM, WE SUGGEST USING A TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE - WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A LOST RETURN AND WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND.
