Can I return an item for a refund?

When will my order ship?

Orders ship out Monday - Friday 8am-4pm Pacific Standard Time, and typically ship out within 1-3 business days. If the item purchased is unavailable, we will notify you of the delay. Some custom order items such as the Gigacycle Front end, Suspension, Saddlemen or Plex Audio systems will take time to process, we will notify you of the current lead time. Once shipped your item should arrive at you in 2-5 days Domestic, 2-4 weeks international. 

 

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Lost or stolen packages will need to be handled directly by the customer via the shipping company used.

 

International shipping: We offer worldwide shipping. On large boxed orders you may be charged an additional amount as our system is not able to calculate the size of the box. 

*** Shipping prices on site are for the lower 48 United States additional international shipping charges may apply, if you order off the website without requesting a shipping quote you will be sent a shipping invoice if you choose to cancel you will be charged a 10% processing fee. ***
