Can I return an item for a refund?

Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase. We offer a full refund (excluding shipping) within the first 30 days. We accept returns only on new and unused merchandise. If a product has been installed or damaged the refund policy will not apply and your merchandise will be sent back to you as is.

*No Refunds or Exchanges for Fairings or Suspension Items.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders ship out Monday - Friday 8am-4pm Pacific Standard Time, and typically ship out the same day or within 24 hours (not including weekends). If the item purchased is unavailable, we will notify you of the delay. Some custom order items such as the Gigacycle Front end will take time to process, we will notify you of the current lead time.

 

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Lost or stolen packages will need to be handled directly by the customer via the shipping company used.
